After entering your shipping information and payment details, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order, but only if the item hasn’t been shipped. Contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to make changes. Once the product is dispatched, changes will no longer be possible.

Standard shipping within Ghana typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Orders in Accra and surrounding regions are usually delivered faster, while more remote locations may take an extra day or two.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey through our Order Tracking page or the courier’s tracking system.
If you miss the delivery, our courier will make another attempt. Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your package from a nearby dispatch center by contacting the courier service directly.

While we primarily operate as an online electronics store, we do have pickup locations in Accra and Kumasi. You can choose to pick up your order at one of these locations instead of opting for delivery.
