2. Return Authorization

   • If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

3. Return the Item

   • Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
   • Include a copy of the receipt and RMA number.

   • Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
